ABOUT ME

Music has been a part of my life for over thirteen years, and I have been transforming stories into soundscapes since 2018.
I enjoy building worlds through the orchestra and electronic music.
My dream is to write music for large productions with videogames and film.
I've worked with small studios and individuals to create videogame tracks, character themes, film and animation scores, and sound effects for their passion projects.I am looking for clients to join in creating something that lasts.LINKTR.EE (contains all my links)

TERMS OF SERVICE

General

1. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. I will communicate with you if you would like to resolve any issues.2. I retain full rights over any commission, unfinished or rejected work, or any other projects created by me.3. I require full payment up-front via PayPal only. Payment plans may be available on a case-by-case basis depending on the scale of the project and other factors. Any payment sent is non-refundable.4. When using my content, you must provide visible credit to my website (here) or my linktr.ee (e.g. Music by PARLIAMENT)5. I am not responsible for copyright infringement on any works involving derivative content (i.e. covers, remixes, etc.). Please make sure you have licensing secured first if necessary.6. Sending any transaction means that you have read and agree to all terms listed.

Project

- Once your project has been started, turnaround can be anywhere between a few days and 2-3 months depending on the size of the commission. Unfortunately this is not my only work so I cannot dedicate all of my time to it.- Please provide me with several references to similar songs/pieces of media that envoke the emotion, vibe, or sound you're wishing to achieve. Don't worry if you aren't able to describe what you want with musical terms, give me what you got!- I will work with you in the initial drawing stages of the composition frequently to make sure I am achieving the starting direction you desire. Once you confirm with me that you are satisfied with the content, any changes made will be a revision. You are allowed one to three (1-3) revisions depending on the size of the changes you would like to see. Any revisions thereafter will be subject to a fee of $20.00 USD.- Do not download or distribute work-in-progress files. If you would like to share anything, please ask for my permission first.

Usage

"The work" refers to any piece commissioned by the client. If terms are violated, the work may have its rights fully withdrawn from the client.You MAY
- Download the work.
- Share or post the work online. (Not distribute to stores via Spotify, etc.)
- Use the work in any commercial or non commercial project pertaining to you.
- Create derivative works off of my own.You may NOT
- Monetize content the work is the main focus.
- Utilise the work without visibly crediting me.
- Distribute the work to music stores like Spotify, Apple Music, etc.I reserve the right to,
- the work, and can distribute, modify, and sell copies of the work.
- revoke or add certain terms prior to the transaction stated in writing. (This is for things like royalties.)
